Virtual Office

Virtual Office is a free service provided by Pomeranian Centre for Environmental Research and Technology POMCERT within the framework of The Pomeranian Platform of the Academic-Industrial Innovative Cooperation (INNOPOMERANIA) project, financed by the ministerial programme “Innovation creator – support for innovative, academic entrepreneurship”. The task will be carried out in cooperation with Gdynia Innovation Centre – a city budget unit, set up to coordinate the development of the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park.

This service is designed to improve the office support of innovative enterprises.

Within the project framework, we will also establish a comprehensive Virtual Office of the innovative company, providing the following services free of charge:

Company address

With its attractive location of our offices in the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia, a company will be given a prestigious address where you can register a business.

Receiving phone calls and fax

There will be the stationary telephone number available together with a staff person who will be responsible for handling incoming calls to the Company. The employee will pass all the information from the clients to the owner of the Company via special on-line communication application. The fax number will also be available and all incoming documents will be available on-line for the Company owner. Telephone and fax operating hours will take place daily on weekdays between 8.00 and 16.00.

Receiving correspondence

Forwarding letters received can be done in two ways: personal collection in the headquarters or sending by mail twice a month to the address given by the owner of the Company.

Rent of a hall for business meetings

There is also an opportunity to access the comfortable conference rooms equipped with modern multimedia equipment (LCD TVs, projectors, tele-conference equipment, internet). The monthly limit for the free use of this service is three hours, however it is also possible to use these rooms according to the rates of PSTP Gdynia.

Expert advice within law and accounting (within the Virtual Advisory Centre)

Entrepreneurs will be able to use the Virtual Advisory Centre on-line, providing legal, accounting and financial matters, in return they will be obliged for benefits to the university, such as cooperation in the field of students participation in internships, seminars, workshops, lectures and conferences or others, depending on the amount and type of advice received.
